摘要
为研究煤矿井下筛分系统中的轨迹、堵塞、磨损及进、出料情况,使用EDEM离散元软件对筛分系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:当入料带式输送机带速分别为1.65 m/s、3.0 m/s和3.15 m/s(加挡板)时,原煤入仓口的速度分别为7.4 m/s、6.7 m/s和6.6 m/s,原煤落入筒仓的最大速度分别为25.5 m/s、25.5 m/s和24 m/s。当物料未经筛分直接进入筒仓时,溜槽的磨损能量为3 000 J。当筒仓空载时,筒仓底部的物料冲击磨损能量达到10 000 J。
In order to study the trajectory, blockage, wear and discharge of the screen system in underground coal mine, EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate and analyze the screen system. The simulation results show that when the feeding belt conveyor belt speed is 1.65 m/s, 3.0 m/s and 3.15 m/s(with baffle) respectively, the raw coal entry speed is 7.4 m/s, 6.7 m/s and 6.6 m/s respectively, and the maximum speed of raw coal falling into the silo is 25.5 m/s, 25.5 m/s and 24 m/s respectively. When the material is directly into the silo without screening, the wear energy of the chute is3 000 J. When the silo is empty, the material impact wear energy at the bottom of the silo reaches 10 000 J.
