摘要
选用层次分析法构建评价指标体系,从资源禀赋潜力、生态环境潜力、开采利用潜力3个方面,11项指标,39个参数进行评价,根据定量化评定结果评价了国家能源集团补连塔煤矿煤炭资源开发潜力,为补连塔煤矿建设现代化、智能化、国际先进水平的绿色特大型矿井提供有力的综合评价依据,有利于优质资源的合理利用,保障资源战略安全,促进煤矿可持续绿色开采。
The study has used AHP to structure assessment index system. From resource natural endowment potential, entironment potential and exploitation, utilization potential 3 aspects, 11 indices and 39 parameters have carried out assessment. Based on quantitative appraised results have assessed the CHN Energy’s Bulianta coalmine coal resources exploitation potential;thus provided convincing integral assessment basis for a modernized, intelligentized international advanced level green super Bulianta coalmine construction. Such are in favor of high quality resource rational utilization, guarantee resource strategic security and promote coalmine sustainable green exploitation.
