摘要
目的分析社区妊娠合并梅毒患者护理需求,评价综合护理干预对此类孕妇情绪、治疗依从性等方面的影响。方法选择社区2019年6月至2020年6月期间的妊娠合并梅毒患者,总计80例。采取随机数字表法进行分组护理,对照组与观察组例数一致。对照组(n=40)妊娠合并梅毒患者采取常规护理,观察组(n=40)妊娠合并梅毒患者配合综合护理干预。比较妊娠合并梅毒患者经不同护理方案干预后的负性情绪改善情况、治疗依从性情况。结果就组间负性情绪分析,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);就组间治疗依从性情况进行对比,观察组患者指标占比率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并梅毒患者心理负担重,通过社区综合护理干预指导,助于提高患者治疗依从性、稳定情绪。
Objective To analyze the nursing needs of pregnant women with syphilis in the community,and to evaluate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the mood and treatment compliance of such pregnant women.Methods A total of 80 patients with syphilis during pregnancy in the community from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected in the community.The random number table method was adopted for group nursing,and the number of cases in the control group and the intervention group was the same.The control group(n=40)patients with syphilis during pregnancy were treated with routine care,and the observation group(n=40)patients with syphilis during pregnancy were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement of negative emotion and treatment compliance of pregnant women with syphilis after intervention of different nursing programs were compared.Results For the analysis of negative emotions between groups,using SAS and SDS to evaluate,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the treatment compliance between the groups,the proportion of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy patients with syphilis have a heavier psychological burden.Comprehensive community nursing intervention guidance can help improve patient compliance and stabilize mood.
