摘要
通过文献管理NoteExpress3.2、科学计量citespace5.6R3和应用统计SPSS22.0等工具,采用共词分析法和战略坐标法对督查理论与实践研究的中文核心文献源,从文献数量、作者分布、刊物来源和关键词等角度,对文献集特征进行了科学计量和梳理分析。研究发现,督查研究已经逐渐受到学界的重视,“决策”和“科学管理”等2个主题是当前研究热点主要集中区,“企业”“企业管理”“党委”和“督促检查”等4个议题是潜在的研究热点,核心作者群尚未形成,科研团队不稳定。研究发现可以为该领域的理论提升和实际应用奠定基础,希冀能为未来督查方面的进一步深化与拓展研究提供有益参考。
The article uses the tools of document management NoteExpress 3.2,scientometrics citespace5.6 R3 and applica-tion statistics SPSS 22.0,etc.,and uses the co-word analysis method and strategic coordinate method to supervise the core Chi-nese literature sources of theoretical and practical research.The distribution of authors,the source of publications and keywords,etc,analyze the characteristics of the literature collection,and carry out scientific quantitative analysis and combing attempts.The main themes of“decision-making”and“scientific management”are the current main research areas,and the four topics of“enterprise”,“corporate management”,“party committee”and“supervision and inspection”are potential research hotspots,and the core author group has not yet formed,and the research team is unstable.The research findings can lay the foundation for the theoretical improvement and practical application in this field,hoping to provide a useful reference for further deepening and ex-panding research in future inspections.
