摘要
基于2014—2018年我国30个省份的面板数据,从静态和动态2个角度出发,采用SBM模型和Malmquist指数测算了我国各省的碳排放效率。结果表明:我国碳排放效率水平较低,年度效率均值为0.511,且各省份间碳排放效率差异显著;2014—2018年我国碳排放全要素生产率指数年均为1.210,技术进步变化对我国碳排放发展水平有强力的促进作用。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces of China from 2014 to 2018, using the SBM model and Malmquist index to measure the carbon emission efficiency of each province from both static and dynamic perspectives. The results show that: China′ s carbon emission efficiency level is low, with an annual average efficiency of 0.511;and there are significant differences in carbon emission efficiency among provinces;the total factor productivity index of China′s carbon emissions from 2014 to 2018 is1.210, and changes in technological progress have an impact on China′s carbon emissions. The level of development has a strong role in promoting.
