摘要
结合车辆段仓储的特点,选取了一系列绩效评价指标,然后采用基于投入角度的数据包络分析(Data En-velopment Analysis,DEA)模型对一组备品库进行评价,利用评价结果对仓储进行绩效分级,并得出绩效标杆。通过分析标杆备品库的仓储实践,发现条形码管理和实行配送制这两个最佳实践。将它们同时应用到两个效率较低的备品库中,并做了配套的流程改善之后,重新使用相同的DEA模型来评价这组备品库,发现这两个库的绩效确实得到了显著提高,验证了DEA在车辆段仓储绩效改善中的有效性。
A set of performance evaluation indices-is proposed according to the characteristics of car depot warehousing. The input-oriented DEA model is conducted to evaluate a group of warehouses, whose performances are then ranked to generate benchmarks. By analyzing the warehousing practices of the benchmarks, barcodebased inventory and distribution management are found to be the best practices. Both best practices are then applied to two selected less efficient warehouses, accompanying with process improvement. Then the group of warehouses is re-evaluated using the same DEA model. Results indicate a notable performance improvement within both warehouses, which validate the efficiency of DEA in the improvement of the warehouse performance of the car depot.
