摘要
研究制作锅具的金属材料如铝合金、不锈钢、铁、球墨铸铁进行导热性能的实验测量,探究不同金属材料制作的锅具在加热过程中的温度变化的差异。
The experimental measurement of thermal conductivity of metal materials such as aluminum alloy,stainless steel,iron and nodular cast iron was carried out to explore the difference of temperature change in the heating process of the pot made of different metal materials.
