摘要
目的:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),对中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普数据库(VIP)和万方数据库中运用中医药治疗不宁腿综合征(Restless legs syndrome,RLS)的方剂进行检索归纳并分析其组方用药规律。方法:检索相关数据库从建库到2020年1月以中医药治疗RLS的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台系统,进行相关数据的挖掘分析。结果:共筛选出符合要求的167首方剂,涉及180味中药,挖掘出处方中药物的性味归经、用药频次、组方规律、药物关联度,演化得出核心组合28个、新处方14个,为中医药临床治疗RLS提供新的参考。
Objective:With the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5),the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for Restless legs syndrome (RLS) in CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang databases were retrieved,summarized and analyzed.Methods:To retrieve the documents of RLS treated with traditional Chinese medicine from the establishment of the relevant database to January 2020,and use the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance to mine and analyze the relevant data.Results:A total of 167 prescriptions,involving 180 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,were screened out,and the nature,taste,meridian tropism,medication frequency,prescription rule and drug association degree of the drugs in the prescriptions were excavated.20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were evolved,providing new references for clinical treatment of RLS with traditional Chinese medicine.
