摘要
牛膝根经热水提取、乙醇分级沉淀，鞣酸去除蛋白质，再经ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｒｎｓｅｆａｓｔ－ｆｌｏｗ柱和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－２００凝胶过滤，洗脱液对蒸馏水透析、冻干。所得的经纯化的牛膝多糖分子量为１．４４ｋｄ，纯度９８．６％。
The roots of Achyranthes bidentata Blume were extracted by boiling water,precipitated fractionally by alcohol. The protein in the extract was removed by tannic acid. The resulting solution was applied to a DEAE-Sepharose fast-flow column, then to a Sephadex G-200 column. The eluant was dialyzed against water and lyophilized. Mean molecular weight of purified Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide was estimated to be 1.44 kd,its purity was 98.6%.
