利伐沙班在缺血性脑卒中合并心房颤动患者中的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨利伐沙班在缺血性脑卒中(CIS)合并心房颤动(AF)患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月确诊并治疗的66例CIS合并AF患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组33例。对照组采用华法林治疗,研究组采用利伐沙班治疗。比较两组相关栓塞事件及出血事件发生情况;比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组相关栓塞事件及出血事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在CIS合并AF患者中使用利伐沙班进行抗凝治疗,可显著降低患者相关栓塞事件及出血事件发生率,同时还可显著降低不良反应发生情况。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Rivaroxaban in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) complicated with atrial fibrillation (AF).Method:A total of 66 patients with CIS complicated with AF diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Warfarin,and the study group was treated with Rivaroxaban.The incidence of related embolism events and bleeding events were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of related embolism events and bleeding events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Rivaroxaban for anticoagulant therapy in patients with CIS complicated with AF can significantly reduce the incidence of related embolism events and bleeding events,and also can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
