摘要
目的利用模体端到端(End to End,E2E)系统测试分析呼吸运动对射波刀Synchrony追踪肿瘤目标定位精度的影响。方法利用射波刀Synchrony同步追踪系统的模体,设置不同的呼吸模式,将装有EBT2型号胶片的模体置于治疗床上,执行模体E2E验证计划。E2E验证计划执行完毕后取出胶片,利用E2E软件分析不同呼吸模式下射波刀的目标追踪定位精度。结果不同呼吸周期(0、2、4、6和8 s)下anterior/superior(A/S)胶片的前方向误差比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.016);不同呼吸幅值(0、2、4、6和8 mm)下总体靶误差和前方向平均误差比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且呼吸幅值越高,总体靶误差越高。结论患者的呼吸运动对射波刀Synchrony追踪目标的定位精度有影响,通过提高呼吸周期和降低呼吸幅值可提高射波刀追踪的精度。
Objective To analyze the influence of respiratory motion on the targeting error of Cyberknife Synchrony tracking system by End to End(E2E)test using phantom.Methods The phantom of Cyberknife Synchrony tracking system with EBT2 films was placed on the treatment bed,different respiratory cycle and amplitude were set,and then the E2E verification plan was executed.After the E2E verifica-tion plan was completed,the films were taken out,and the target tracking and positioning accuracy of Cyberknife under different breathing modes was analyzed by E2E software.Results The difference of the anterior error[anterior/superior(A/S)film]under different respiratory cycle conditions(0,2,4,6,and 8 s)was statistically significant(P=0.016).The differences of the total target error and the average error in the anterior direction under different respiratory amplitude conditions(0,2,4,6,and 8 mm)were both statistically significant(P=0.017 and P=0.048 respectively).The higher the respiratory amplitude,the higher the total target error.Conclusions The patient's respiratory motion has an effect on the targeting error of Cyberknife Synchrony tracking system.The targeting error can be improved by increasing the respiratory cycle and reducing the amplitude.
