摘要
目的:探讨新型国产剂量验证设备3Dmap在胸腹部肿瘤调强放疗(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)计划剂量验证中的应用价值。方法:随机选取25例胸腹部肿瘤患者的IMRT计划,其中肺癌、食道癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、骨转移癌各5例。分别采用国产3Dmap和进口二维矩阵进行剂量验证,基于相同标准参数进行Gamma分析,并采用配对样本t检验对2种验证设备的验证结果(γ通过率、γ平均值)进行统计学分析。结果:25例胸腹部肿瘤患者IMRT计划采用国产3Dmap验证的γ通过率为(97.1±1.8)%,采用进口二维矩阵验证的γ通过率为(96.2±2.3)%,两者间无统计学差异(P=0.34>0.05);3Dmap的γ平均值为0.40±0.06,大于进口二维矩阵(0.26±0.07),两者间有统计学差异(P=0.02<0.05)。结论:国产3Dmap调强剂量验证设备使用便捷、摆位及剂量验证效率高,准确度与进口二维矩阵一致,能满足临床对IMRT计划剂量验证的要求。
Objective To explore the value of China's domestic dose verification device 3Dmap for dose verification of intensity modulated radiotherapy for the patients with thoracic or abdominal tumors.Methods Totally 25 randomized patients with thoracic or abdominal tumors had their IMRT plans undergo dose verification with China's domestic 3Dmap and imported two-dimensional matrices respectively,of whom there were respectively 5 cases for each disease involving in lung cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer and bone metastatic carcinoma.Gamma analysis was executed with the same standard parameters,and the verification results with the two devices were analyzed statistically with paired t-test.Results Theγpassing rate by 3Dmap((97.1±1.8)%)was not significantly different from that by the imported matrix((96.2±2.3)%)(P=0.34>0.05);theγmean value by 3Dmap(0.40±0.06)was statistically higher than that by the imported matrix(0.26±0.07)(P=0.02<0.05).Conclusion China's domestic 3Dmap device gains advantages in convenience,setup and efficiency when used for IMRT dose verification,whose accuracy is similar to that by the imported two-dimensional matrix,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
