农产品质量安全风险评估是指对农产品中可能危害人体健康的有害物质进行的科学评估,是加强农产品质量安全和保障人群健康的重要途径。本文简述了目前较为常用的农产品风险评估方法,并展望了未来农产品风险评估发展趋势。
Agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment refers to the scientific assessment of harmful substances in agricultural products that may harm human health.It is an important way to strengthen the quality and safety of agricultural products and protect the health of the population.This article briefly describes the more commonly used agricultural product risk assessment methods,and looks forward to the development trend of agricultural product risk assessment in the future.
