硫辛酸对热应激肉鸡生产性能、肠道形态和通透性及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of lipoic acid on performance,intestinal morphology,permeability and antioxidant performance of heat stressed broilers

摘要 为研究硫辛酸对热应激肉鸡生产性能、肠道形态和通透性及抗氧化性能的影响,试验选择300只体重相近、健康状况良好的28日龄Ross 308雄性肉鸡,随机分为3个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复10只鸡。其中,A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,常温饲养;B、C组饲养于循环高温环境,分别在基础日粮中添加0、300 mg/kg的硫辛酸。结果表明:(1)C组平均日增重比B组提高了12.6%,料肉比降低了6.2%(P<0.05),A组和C组生产性能指标无显著性差异;(2)C组回肠和盲肠的绒毛高度和盲肠绒隐比显著高于B组(P<0.05);盲肠的隐窝深度显著低于B组(P<0.05),A组和C组的绒毛形态指标无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)C组血清D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)和IL-6水平显著低于B组(14.5%、9.1%和19.3%)(P<0.05);(4)C组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组和C组各项抗氧化指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。因此,日粮中添加硫辛酸可以提高热应激肉鸡的生产性能,改善肠道绒毛形态和屏障功能,提高机体抗氧化能力。 In order to study the effects of lipoic acid on growth performance,intestinal morphology,permeability and antioxidant capacity of heat stressed broilers,30028-day-old male Ross 308 broilers with similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into 3 treatments,10 replicates per treatment and 10 chickens per replicate.Group A was the control group,fed with basal diet and fed at normal temperature;group B and group C were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0,300 mg/kg lipoic acid respectively in cylic high temperature environment.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of group C was 12.6%higher than that of group B,and the feed/gain ratio was reduced by 6.2%(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in performance indices between group A and group C;(2)The villus height of ileum,cecum and cecal V/C(25.6%)in group C were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05);the crypt depth of cecum in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).(3)The serum levels of D-lactic acid,diamine oxidase(DAO)and IL-6 in group C were significantly lower than those in group B(14.5%,9.1%and 19.3%).(4)The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in antioxidant indexes between group A and group C(P>0.05).Therefore,dietary lipoic acid could improve the production performance,intestinal villus morphology and barrier function,and improve the antioxidant capacity of heat stressed broilers.
