摘要
目的探究三合一双动教学模式在医学实习生临床外科实践中的应用。方法选取2020年2月至12月进入济宁医学院附属滕州市中心人民医院外科临床实习的实习生72人,按照类型抽样法分为对照组与研究组,各36人。对照组实习生男18人,女18人,年龄(23.16±0.48)岁,采取传统教学模式;研究组实习生男17人,女19人,年龄(23.02±0.42)岁,采取三合一双动教学模式。分别于实习结束后对比两组实习生考核成绩、各项目得分的差异,并分析两组实习生对本组授课方式的评价情况。结果研究组实习生理论知识得分、技能操作得分、病例分析得分分别为(90.43±3.43)分、(89.38±3.18)分、(90.63±3.27)分,均明显高于对照组实习生[(82.92±3.25)分、(83.23±2.30)分、(84.34±2.39)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组实习生在沟通能力得分、语言表达能力得分上比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);研究组实习生解决问题能力得分、自学能力得分分别为(8.38±0.95)分、(9.42±0.37)分,均明显高于对照组实习生[(6.83±0.67)分、(7.32±0.31)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组实习生提高学习兴趣、授课方式满意、增强学习信心、提高思维能力、自主学习能力提升、解决问题能力、临床参与度增加、团队协作、理论联系实际比例均明显高于对照组实习生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论三合一双动教学模式应用于医学实习生带教,可有效提高教学质量与实习生实践能力,利于实习生临床思维能力形成,值得临床教学应用。
Objective To explore the application of three-in-one double-action teaching mode in clinical surgery practice of medical interns.Methods A total of 72 surgical interns in the Surgery Department of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical College from February to December 2020 were selected and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the type sampling method,with 36 cases in each group.There were 18 males and 18 females in the control group,with an age of(23.16±0.48)years old,adopting traditional teaching mode;there were 17 males and 19 females in the study group,with an age of(23.02±0.42)years old,adopting three in one double action teaching mode.At the end of the internship,the differences of assessment results and scores of each item of the interns were compared between the two groups,and the evaluation of the two groups of interns on their teaching methods was analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,and case analysis in the study group were(90.43±3.43)points,(89.38±3.18)points,and(90.63±3.27)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(82.92±3.25)points,(83.23±2.30)points,and(84.34±2.39)points](all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of communication ability and language expression ability between the two groups(both P>0.05);the scores of problem-solving ability and self-learning ability of the study group were(8.38±0.95)points and(9.42±0.37)points,whichwere significantly higher than those of the control group[(6.83±0.67)points and(7.32±0.31)points](both P<0.05).The proportions of improving learning interest,teaching satisfaction,learning confidence,thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,problem-solving ability,clinical participation,team cooperation,and linking theory with practice in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of three-in-one double-action teaching mode in the teaching of medical interns can effectively improve the teaching quality and practical ability of interns,helps the formation of clinical thinking ability of interns,and is worth for the clinical teaching application.
