摘要
目的探究在基层卫生院康复医学培训中运用PBL教学法(问题学习法)的效果。方法将基层卫生院全科转岗培训人员选为本次研究对象,康复医学培训开展时间为2018年1月至2020年12月,参与培训人员数量35名,随机分为对照组17例(传统教学法)和实践组18例(PBL教学法),对比两组培训完成后理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩,以及对教学的满意度。结果实践组培训完成后的理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩分别为(88.45±2.63)分和(90.25±1.52)分,相比于对照组考核成绩(73.52±3.02)分和(81.63±2.30)分差异明显,组间数据比较存在统计学意义,P<0.05;实践组培训人员对于教学的满意度为94.44%,对照组培训人员对于教学的满意度为64.71%,两组满意度数据对比存在明显差异,具备统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在基层卫生院康复医学培训中运用PBL教学法可以提升培训人员的理论知识考核成绩与技能考核成绩,同时对于教学满意度提升起到重要作用,是一种有效、先进的教学法,应该在基层卫生院的各种培训与临床带教中广泛运用。
Objective To explore the effect of using PBL teaching method (problem-based learning method) in rehabilitation medicine training in primary health centers.Methods The primary health center general transfer training staff selected as the object of this study,rehabilitation medical training was conducted from January 2018 to December 2020,35 participants,randomly divided into control group 17 cases (traditional teaching method) and practice group 18 cases (PBL teaching method),and the study compared two groups’ training after the completion of theoretical assessment results,skills assessment results,and satisfaction with teaching.Results The scores of theoretical examination and skill examination in the practice group were (88.45±2.63) and (90.25±1.52),respectively.Compared with the control group (73.52±3.02) and (81.63±2.30),the data between the two groups were statistically significant,P<0.05.The satisfaction of the trainees in the practice group was 94.44% and that in the control group was 64.71%,there were significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion Applying PBL teaching method in rehabilitation medical training of primary health centers can improve the performance of theoretical knowledge assessment and skill assessment of trainers,and play an important role in improving teaching satisfaction.It is an effective and advanced teaching method.It should be widely used in various training and clinical teaching of primary health centers.
