摘要
近年来,体质学说在儿童哮喘疾病的预防和诊治中被广泛应用,诸多医者对“辨体论治”小儿哮喘各有心得。本文通过检索近年儿童哮喘体质研究等相关文献,总结各医家对儿童哮喘体质的研究经验,从小儿体质特点、小儿哮喘的病因病机及证型分布与小儿体质的关系等方面对儿童哮喘与体质因素的关联性加以论述。
In recent years,the constitution theory has been widely used in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of children with asthma,yet different doctors have their own experience in treating children with asthma by differentiating their individual constitution.This paper summarizes the research experience of various physicians on the constitutions of children with asthma by searching the relevant literature in recent years,and discusses the relationship between asthma in children and constitution factors from the aspects of children’s constitution characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and the relationship between syndrome distribution and children’s constitutions.
