摘要
职业院校“1+X”证书制度的实行,给教育教学管理以及教师和学生提出了新的要求。要完善内部管理制度,加强教师岗位培训,加大专业建设和课程改革力度,升级实训室;同时,大力推进学校与企业及社会培训、评价机构的合作,对接国家学分银行,为学生开辟更多、更宽阔的成长通道,助力学生成才。
This thesis studies how to improve“1+X”certificate system,train the teachers,reform the majors and the curricula,update the training rooms and strive for the policies from the interior of vocational?colleges at the new requests of“1+X”certificate system;furthermore,it studies how to promote the cooperation between vocational?colleges and the outside world such as the enterprises and the training evaluation organization and explores how to dock the national credit bank,etc.
