摘要
根据消化性溃疡的临床表现,中医学将其归属于"胃痛""痞满"等病证。本文从脏腑辨证和气血津液辨证等方面概述本病的辨证分型研究,并结合溃疡分期、胃黏膜征象、胃动力等现代医学指标探讨本病的分证研究。由于消化性溃疡的病因病机复杂,导致在临床中进行确切的辨证比较困难,在治疗时分证以论治,结合相关西医客观检查指标,有助于证型的确立,以制定相应的治疗方案,从而有效提高临床治疗效果。
According to the clinical manifestations of peptic ulcer, Chinese medicine classifies it as "stomach pain" and "stomach fullness" and other disease syndromes. This article summarizes the syndrome differentiation study of the disease from the perspectives of organ differentiation and syndrome differentiation of Qi, blood and fluid, and discusses the syndrome differentiation study of the disease in combination with modern medical indicators such as ulcer stage, gastric mucosa signs, and gastric motility. Due to the complex etiology and pathogenesis of peptic ulcers, it is difficult to carry out exact syndrome differentiation in the clinic. Differentiating syndromes during treatment combined with relevant western medicine objective examination indicators helps to establish the syndrome type and formulate the corresponding treatment in treating the disease, so as to effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.
