摘要
目的:评价自行设计多功能俯卧床在玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后患者保持面向下特殊体位的应用效果。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。将郑州大学第一附属医院2019年1至6月行玻璃体切除联合眼内硅油或气体填充术50例(50眼)纳入对照组,2019年7至12月行玻璃体切除联合眼内硅油或气体填充术48例(48眼)纳入试验组。试验组使用多功能俯卧床;对照组使用普通病床附加俯卧垫或气圈。术后比较两组患者面向下体位保持时间、睡眠时间及不良反应。结果:术后3 d及5 d:试验组面向下保持时间(17.03±0.54)h及(16.46±0.62)h,长于对照组的(16.23±0.92)h及(13.30±1.02)h( t=5.222,18.439;均 P<0.01);试验组睡眠时间为(9.03±0.49)h及(8.06±0.72)h,长于对照组的(6.23±0.86)h及(5.30±0.92)h( t=19.694,16.493;均 P<0.01)。试验组由于保持面向下体位导致的不良反应得分(1.96±0.652)分少于对照组的(2.76±0.328)分( t=7.578, P<0.01)。 结论:多功能俯卧床可促进玻璃体切除并眼内填充术后患者有效维持面向下体位,延长睡眠时间,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of application of self-designed multifunctional prone bed in maintaining the facing downward position in patients after vitrectomy and intraocular tamponade.Methods This was a prospective case-control study.Total of 50 eyes of 50 patients with vitrectomy and intraocular silicone oil or gas tamponade from Jan.to Jun.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were included in the control group,and 48 eyes of 48 patients with vitrectomy and intraocular silicone oil or gas tamponade from Jul.to Dec.2019 were included in the trial group.The trail group used the multifunctional prone bed.The control group used the ordinary bed with self-made prone cushion.The time of keeping the facing downward position,sleep time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after operation.Results On the 3rd and 5th day after operation:the time of keeping face-down was(17.03±0.54)hours and(16.46±0.62)hours in the trial group,which was longer than the(16.23±0.92)hours and(13.30±1.02)hours in the control group(t=5.222,18.439;all P<0.01).The sleep time of the trial group was(9.03±0.49)hours and(8.06±0.72)hours on the 3rd and 5th day after operation,which was longer than the(6.23±0.86)hours and(5.30±0.92)hours of the control group(t=19.694,16.493;all P<0.01).The adverse reaction score was(1.96±0.652)scores of the trial group,which was lower than(2.76±0.328)scores of the control group(t=7.578,P<0.01).Conclusion The use of multifunctional prone bed after vitrectomy and intraocular tamponade can effectively maintain the facing downward position,prolong sleep time,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
