摘要
视网膜脱离外路显微手术后保持最佳体位,可促进裂孔性视网膜脱离复位。通过对36例视网膜脱离外路显微手术患者的体位护理进行改进,根据裂孔所在位置及手术方式,术后眼内情况和注入气体量而采取相应的体位护理,包括术前、术后的体位,各个象限裂孔的体位,术后正确体位维持时间,可使视网膜裂孔达到最佳封闭,提高手术成功率。
The best operative postures of patients undergoing external microsurgery of retinal detachment can accelerate the reduction of detached slit retina. In their practice, they developed the posture nursing of 36 patients undergoing external microsurgery of retinal detachment according to the position of slit pore and the operative approach, postoperative conditions in the eye, and the volume of infused air. The peri-operative posture nursing, the posture nursing of slit pore at every quadrant, and the remaining time of postoperative right posture are important for the best closure of retinal slit pore and the increase of operative success rate.
