摘要
城市是物流业碳排放的重要来源地,为研究我国三大湾区城市群的绿色物流效率及影响因素,构建非期望产出的绿色物流效率投入产出指标,通过Malmquist指数和超效率SBM模型分析绿色物流效率的变动趋势,并利用Tobit模型对其影响因素进行回归分析。研究表明:2008—2019年考虑非期望产出的绿色物流全要素生产率比传统物流业更低,三大湾区城市群的绿色物流全要素生产率呈现先增长后降低再增长的趋势;绿色物流效率均值从高到低依次是珠三角、长三角和渤海湾城市群;经济水平、城镇化率、运输结构对绿色物流效率具有显著负影响,物流运输强度、物流业劳动生产率、科技创新能力对绿色物流效率具有显著正影响。
Cities are important sources of carbon emissions in the logistics industry. The input and output index of green logistics efficiency with undesired output was constructed to study the efficiency and influencing factors of green logistics in the three bay-area city clusters in China. Moreover, the evolution of green logistics efficiency was analyzed through the Malmquist index and Super-SBM model, and the regression analysis was performed for the influencing factors of green logistics efficiency with the Tobit model. The results show that the total factor productivity of green logistics considering unexpected output is lower than that of the traditional logistics industry in 2008–2019, and the total factor productivity of green logistics in the three bay-area city clusters shows a trend of increasing, decreasing, and then increasing;the mean green logistics efficiency from high to low is found in the urban agglomerations of Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Bay;the economic level, urbanization rate, and transport structure have significant negative effects on green logistics efficiency, while logistics transportation intensity, labor productivity of the logistics industry, and technological innovation have significant positive effects on green logistics.
