爆炸冲击作用下绝热挡环破碎性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 固冲发动机转级时转级机构通常采用火工品爆炸破碎方式进行分离,转级机构的绝热挡环须可靠破碎成小碎片,从而在转级过程中不产生过高的压强峰值,对于确保进气道正常起动至关重要。本文采用光滑粒子动力学(SPH)方法,绝热挡环材料采用正交各向异性连续介质模型,对爆炸冲击作用下绝热挡环的破碎性能开展了数值仿真分析,获得了有无削弱槽结构的破碎开裂形式和碎片尺寸,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,数值仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,碎片尺寸的最大值偏差为6.5%。通过数值仿真分析,揭示了爆炸冲击作用下绝热挡环的破碎过程,对评估绝热挡环削弱槽的结构优化设计具有一定的指导意义。 The adiabatic retaining ring of the transition mechanism must be broken into small pieces reliably,so as not to produce too high pressure peak value in the process of stage transition.It is very important to ensure the normal starting of the inlet.In this paper,with the help of smoothed particle dynamics(SPH)method and the orthotropic continuum material mode,the numerical simulation analysis of the crushing performance of the adiabatic retaining ring under explosive impact is carried out.The fracture mode and fragment size of the structure with or without weakening groove are obtained,and the results are compared with the experimental results.Results show that numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results,and the maximum deviation of fragment size is 6.5%.Through numerical simulation analysis,the crushing process of adiabatic retaining ring under blast impact is revealed,which has certain guiding significance for evaluating the structural optimization design of adiabatic retaining ring weakening groove.
