摘要
目的分析对四肢骨折治疗中交锁髓内钉内固定术的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2020年9月为病例收集时间,共纳入50例四肢骨折患者,按照治疗手段不同分组,将应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的患者,纳入至对照组内,将采用交锁髓内钉内固定术进行治疗的患者,纳入至研究组内,每组25例,比对两组疗效、疼痛情况、骨折愈合时间、住院时间。结果研究组患者的VAS评分(3.41±0.37)分明显低于对照组(6.33±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.367,P<0.05);研究组患者的愈合优良率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。研究组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间分别是(17.33±4.17)周、(5.49±2.15)d,短于对照组(22.39±3.51)周、(8.31±3.33)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.642、3.557,P<0.05)。结论在对四肢骨折治疗中,采用交锁髓内钉内固定术,可帮助患者提升手术效果,缓解疼痛感,缩短骨折愈合时间及住院时间,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods Selected 50 patients with limb fractures admitted from January 2016 to September 2020.The patients were grouped according to different treatment methods.The patients who were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation were included in the control group,and interlocking intramedullary nails were used for internal fixation.The treated patients were included in the study group,25 cases in each group,and the efficacy,pain,fracture healing time,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score(3.41±0.37)points of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.33±1.23)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.367,P<0.05);the excellent healing rate of the study group(96.00%),was significantly higher than the control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).The fracture healing time and hospital stay of patients in the study group were(17.33±4.17)weeks and(5.49±2.15)d,which was shorter than those in the control group(22.39±3.51)weeks and(8.31±3.33)d,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.642,3.557,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of limb fractures,the use of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation can help patients improve surgical results,relieve pain,shorten fracture healing time and hospital stay,and has a certain promotion value.
