摘要
目的:分析股骨骨折采用钢板内固定与交锁髓内钉治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年8月收治的股骨骨折患者66例,随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,对照组采取钢板内固定治疗,观察组实施交锁髓内钉治疗,对比效果。结果:观察组手术指标、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组踝关节和膝关节活动度对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折较钢板内固定治疗效果良好,可有效减少手术时间,降低并发症,加快骨折愈合。
Objective:To analyze the effect of plate internal fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail on femoral fracture.Methods:66 patients with femoral fracture admitted from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases each.The control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails,and the effects were compared.Results:The surgical indexes,complication rate and fracture healing time of the observation group were all better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ankle and knee joint activities between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail is more effective than plate internal fixation in treating femoral fractures,which can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce complications and promote fracture healing.
