摘要
不同种类的家养动物会对全基因组选择模型应用后的育种效果造成一定的差异,因此研究全基因组选择模型在家养动物遗传育种中的应用方法。基于全基因组选择模型计算生长参数,估计各动物不同性状基因组育种值,得到谱系结构的总体关系矩阵;引入噪声变量减少育种代数,综合考虑外界环境变量对基因与系统的影响,计算噪声统计标准差;追踪家养动物遗传育种谱系,构建家养动物遗传育种谱系结构。在实验中,将猪、羊、鸡和鸭四种家养动物作为实验对象,计算各动物针对体重基因性状的育种值,通过三次迭代育种值的计算可知,羊的育种值变化最大,其次是鸭和鸡,猪的变化幅度最小。四种家养动物不同阶段的体重监测数据显示,猪在三次迭代中体重的增长幅度为13.08%,羊、鸡、鸭的增长幅度分别为16.27%、13.96%和15.14%。综合以上数据可知,全基因组选择模型对羊类动物的育种效果最明显,对猪类动物的作用效果最差。
Different kinds of domestic animals will cause some differences in the breeding effect after the application of the whole genome selection model.Therefore,the application methods of the whole genome selection model in the genetic breeding of domestic animals are studied.Based on the whole genome selection model,the growth parameters were calculated,the genome breeding values of different traits were estimated,and the overall relationship matrix of pedigree structure was obtained;Noise variables are introduced to reduce breeding algebra,and the influence of environmental variables on gene and system is considered to calculate the standard deviation of noise statistics;Tracing the pedigree of domestic animal genetics and breeding and constructing the pedigree structure of domestic animal genetics and breeding.In the experiment,pig,sheep,chicken and duck were selected as the experimental objects,and the breeding value of each animal for body weight gene traits was calculated.Through the calculation of three iterations of breeding value,it can be seen that sheep breeding value changed the most,followed by duck and chicken,and pig breeding value changed the least.The weight monitoring data of four kinds of domestic animals at different stages showed that the weight growth rate of pigs in the three iterations was 13.08%,and that of sheep,chicken and duck was 16.27%,13.96%and 15.14%respectively.Based on the above data,we can see that the effect of the whole genome selection model on sheep breeding is the most obvious,and the effect on pig breeding is the worst.
