利用基因组选择加快陕西肉羊遗传育种进展的可行性 被引量:6

摘要 肉羊产业是陕西省畜牧业传统产业,在区域经济发展中占有重要地位。加快肉羊产业发展对提高畜牧业整体水平、促进农民增收、确保市场供给具有重大意义。良种是肉羊产业发展最根本的基础,基因组选择的育种策略不依赖系谱记录和表型信息,对于繁殖力等低遗传力表型的选育有较大优势。然而全基因组高密度基因型位点检测成本较高,利用已知功能基因和位点与表型的相关性有针对性的检测功能位点基因型可以降低检测成本,同时提高预测准确率,扩大测定群体,促进校企合作,加快育种进程。本文从陕西省肉羊产业背景,目前技术和科研水平等方面进行了论述,对利用基因组选择加快陕西省肉羊育种遗传的可行性进行了阐述。 Mutton sheep industry is a traditional animal husbandry industry in Shaanxi province,which plays an important role in regional economic development.Accelerating the development of mutton sheep industry is of great significance to improve the overall level of animal husbandry,increase farmers'income and ensure market supply.Improved breeds are the most fundamental basis for the development of mutton sheep industry.The breeding strategy of genome selection does not rely on pedigree records and phenotypic information,and has great advantages for the breeding of low heritability phenotypes such as fecundity.However,the detection cost of genome-wide high-density genotype loci is high.Using the known work genes and the correlation between loci and phenotypes to detect functional locus genotypes can reduce the detection cost,improve the prediction accuracy,expand the detection population,promote school enterprise cooperation and speed up the breeding process.This paper discusses the industrial background,current technology and scientific research level of mutton sheep in Shaanxi province,and expounds the feasibility of using genome selection to speed up the breeding genetics of mutton sheep in Shaanxi province.
