摘要
互联网支持下的新媒体内容日渐丰富,为大学生心理健康教育教学活动开展提供了技术平台支持,使大学生心理健康教育的知识面得以拓宽,教学方式不断优化,教学精准性有效提高.同时,高校开展大学生心理健康教育仍面临多重困境,包括不良信息对学生产生负面影响、在线教育平台建设尚不完善、个性化教育与教学效率之间存在冲突.因此,需要从大学生心理健康在线评价标准、在线心理咨询平台、线上线下教育融合课程等方面搭建教育新模式,采取针对性的实施路径,以化解当前大学生心理健康教育面临的困境.
The new media supported by the internet is increasingly rich in content,which provides technical platform support for the development of college students’mental health education and teaching activities,so as to broaden the knowledge coverage of college students’mental health education,optimize the teaching methods,and improve the teaching accuracy effectively.At the same time,college students’mental health education is still facing multiple difficulties,including the negative impact of bad information on students,the imperfect construction of online education platform,and the conflict between personalized education and teaching efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to build a new education mode from the aspects of online evaluation standard,online psychological consultation platform,online and offline education integration course,and take corresponding implementation path to solve the current dilemma of college students’mental health education.
