摘要
当前,大学生心理健康教育面临来自社会转型、文化认同、教育理念、教育对象等多方面的挑战,传统的心理健康教育模式已无法适应新形势下大学生的特点和心理需求。文章探讨了大学生心理健康教育创新的必要性及创新的引领思想,结合新时期我国大学生的心理特点,回应大学生的心理诉求,在中国本土化心理发展理念的指引下,运用具有中国传统特色的"四养—养身、养心、养性、养德"思想,探寻大学生心理健康教育创新实践的有效路径。
At present, the college students' mental health education is faced with from the social transition, cultural identity, the education idea, education object, such as various challenges. The traditional patternofpsychological health education have been unable to adapt to the characteristics of college students under the new situation and psychological needs. The article discusses the necessityof college students' psychological health education innovation and innovation in the leading thought, combining with the psychological characteristics of college students in new period, the response to the college students' mental demands, under the guidance of concept of localization of psychological development in China, using with characteristic of Chinese traditional "four-regimen, nourishing heart, raises a gender, virtue," ideas, explore the effective path of college students' psychological health education innovation practice.
