微弹簧圈在栓塞治疗输卵管积水中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微弹簧圈在介入栓塞治疗输卵管积水中的临床应用价值。方法选取经超声检查或子宫输卵管造影明确诊断的80例输卵管积水患者,于胚胎移植前行微弹簧圈栓塞病变侧输卵管,预防积水返流冲刷、污染胚胎,提高胚胎移植成功率。结果80例中107条输卵管积水,行209枚微弹簧圈栓塞;71例、95条输卵管一次栓塞成功;9例、12条输卵管两次栓塞成功,栓塞成功率100%。21例栓塞后胚胎移植成功,9例未成功,其余50例在观察中。结论因输卵管积水而不孕的患者,在做试管婴儿胚胎移植前行微弹簧圈栓塞输卵管,预防积水返流,明显提高移植胚胎的成功率,与手术结扎或者腹腔镜结扎输卵管相比,创伤小,效果好,费用低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of micro coil in interventional embolization of hydrosalpinx.Methods 80 cases of hydrosalpinx diagnosed by ultrasound or hysterosalpingography were selected.Before embryo transfer,micro coil was used to embembolize the affected fallopian tube to prevent the backflow of hydrosalpinx from washing and polluting the embryo and to improve the success rate of embryo transfer.Results In 80 cases,107 hydrosalpinx tubes were embolized with 209 coils,and in 71 cases,95 tubes were embolized successfully at one time.9 cases and 12 tubes were embolized twice,and the success rate was 100%.After embolization,21 cases were successful in embryo transfer,9 cases were unsuccessful,and the remaining 50 cases were under observation.Conclusion For patients with infertility due to hydrosalpinx,embolization of fallopian tube with micro coil before in vitro fertilization embryo transfer can prevent hydrosalpinx reflux and significantly improve the success rate of embryo transfer.Compared with surgical ligation or laparoscopic ligation of fallopian tube,it has the advantages of small trauma,good effect and low cost,which is worthy of clinical application.
