输卵管积水的处理对体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨输卵管积水的处理对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2006年5月因输卵管因素不孕行IVF-ET治疗的468个周期资料,根据输卵管情况分为3组。A组:输卵管积水未经治疗行IVF-ET126个周期;B组:输卵管积水切除后行IVF-ET102个周期;C组:单纯输卵管阻塞240个周期作为对照。结果3组的种植率分别为8.7%、19.6%、18.3%,临床妊娠率分别为16.7%、39.2%、35.0%。A组的种植率及妊娠率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管积水未处理前行IVF-ET的种植率及临床妊娠率较低,而输卵管积水处理后明显提高IVF-ET的种植率及妊娠率。
