摘要
针对注水降尘润湿剂成本高,降尘效果不理想的问题,选取6种常用润湿剂进行复配配方研究,诣在提高煤层注水降尘效率。通过对6种单体润湿剂表面张力和其与新登煤矿二1煤层煤样接触角的测定,确定复配浓度,又对复配溶液的接触角、表面张力和煤尘沉降时间进行测试,最后通过在新登煤矿二_(1)煤层进行现场试验对比测试,验证注水降尘效果。从效果来看,使用复配配方进行煤层注水,注水量和降尘效率有显著提升。
Aiming at the problems of high cost of water injection and dust reduction wetting agent and unsatisfactory dust reduction effect,six commonly used wetting agents were selected for compound formulation research,attaining in improving the efficiency of coal seam water injection and dust reduction.Through the determination of surface tension and contact angle of 6 single wetting agents with coal sample of Xindeng No.二_(1) coal seam,the compound concentration was determined,and the contact angle,surface tension and dust settling time of the compound solution were tested,and finally the effect of water injection and dust reduction was verified through field test in the coal seam.From the effect,the water injection and dust reduction efficiency were significantly improved by using the compound formulation for coal seam water injection.
