摘要
目的了解北京市大兴区高等院校学生艾滋病知识知晓率及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法对大兴区6所高等院校学生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果大兴区高等院校学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率为71.67%,最近一年接受过有关预防艾滋病宣传教育者占78.17%。年龄(χ^(2)=9.682,P=0.046)、院校类别(χ^(2)=27.596,P<0.001)、年级(χ^(2)=35.480,P<0.001)和专业类别(χ^(2)=28.660,P<0.001)不同时,艾滋病知晓率差异有统计学意义。多因素分析结果显示年龄、专业类别、学校类别、是否接受过艾滋病宣传教育是艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。其中,19岁、20岁和21岁年龄段学生知晓率高于16~18岁年龄段学生,OR(95%CI)分别为1.506(1.038~2.186)、1.503(1.030~2.195)和1.728(1.149~2.599);本科学校就读学生知晓率低于专科学校就读学生(OR=0.586,95%CI:0.442~0.776);文科学生知晓率低于理科学生(OR=0.607,95%CI:0.470~0.785);接受过有关艾滋病宣传教育的学生知晓率高于没有接受过宣传教育的学生(OR=1.650,95%CI:1.273~2.138)。结论大兴区高等院校学生艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,要结合相关影响因素加强健康教育,以提高高校学生的艾滋病知识水平。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate and influencing factors of AIDS knowledge among college students in Daxing district,Beijing.Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on students from 6 colleges and universities in Daxing district,and the result were statistically analyzed.Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among the college students in Daxing district is 71.67%.78.17%of them have received publicity and education on AIDS prevention in the past year.There were statistical differences in the AIDS awareness rates by age(χ^(2)=9.682,P=0.046),institution type(χ^(2)=27.596,P<0.001),grade(χ^(2)=35.480,P<0.001)and major(χ^(2)=28.660,P<0.001).The result of multivariate analysis showed that age,professional category,institution type,and whether or not they have received AIDS publicity and education have statistically significant effects on the awareness rate of HIV knowledge.The awareness rate of HIV knowledge among students aged 19-21 is higher than that of 16-18 years old(OR_(19)=1.506,95%CI:1.038-2.186;OR_(20)=1.503,95%CI:1.030-2.195;OR_(21)=1.728,95%CI:1.149-2.599).The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among students in undergraduate schools is lower than that of students in technical schools(OR=0.586,95%CI:0.442-0.776).The awareness rate of liberal arts students is lower than that of science students(OR=0.607,95%CI:0.470-0.785).The HIV knowledge awareness rate of students who have received AIDS education is higher than that of students who have not received education(OR=1.650,95%CI:1.273-2.138).Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students in Daxing district is low.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the relevant influencing factors to strengthen health education in order to improve the level of AIDS knowledge of school students.
