2022年安徽省某高校学生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and influencing factors of students at a university in Anhui Province in 2022

摘要 目的了解某高等院校学生艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)相关知识知晓情况及影响因素,为有针对性地开展学校艾滋病健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样方式对安徽省某高校大学生进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查,并对相关影响因素进行统计学分析。结果1207名高校学生艾滋病相关知识综合知晓率为98.92%。高年级学生艾滋病相关知识综合知晓率明显高于低年级学生(χ^(2)=4.298,P=0.041),农村户籍学生艾滋病相关知识综合知晓率明显低于城镇户籍学生(χ^(2)=6.286,P=0.023,OR=3.885,95%CI:1.241~12.159)。结论安徽省某高校学生艾滋病相关知识综合知晓率较高,但农村户籍学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率相对较低,今后学校应重点加强上述人群的艾滋病健康教育工作。 Objective To investigate the knowledge and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS among students in a university,so as to provide a reference for targeted HIV/AIDS health education on campus.Methods A questionnaire survey on HIV/AIDS-related knowledge was conducted among college students at a university in Anhui Province by simple random sampling and the relevant influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results The comprehensive awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among 1207 college students was 98.92%.The comprehensive awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among senior students was significantly higher than that of younger students(χ^(2)=4.298,P=0.041),and the comprehensive awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among rural students was significantly lower than that of urban students(χ^(2)=6.286,P=0.023,OR=3.885,95%CI:1.241-12.159).Conclusions The comprehensive awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among students in a university in Anhui Province is high,but the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among rural students with household registration is relatively low.Therefore,In the future,schools should focus on strengthening HIV/AIDS health education for the above-mentioned groups.
