摘要
生态宜居是实现乡村振兴的关键。黑龙江省作为农业大省,近年来乡村人口流失、“空心化”现象日益严重,乡村发展缺乏内在动力。通过统计数据分析黑龙江省乡村人口、公共设施、环境治理概况,总结全省生态宜居乡村建设的瓶颈,为政府开展农村人居环境整治,推进乡村生态宜居建设,实现乡村振兴战略提供合理化建议。
Ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.As a large agricultural province,Heilongjiang Province has experienced increasing rural population loss and“hollowing”in recent years,and rural development lacks internal motivation.This article analyzes Heilongjiang’s rural population,public facilities,and environmental governance through statistical data,summarizes the bottlenecks in the construction of ecologically livable villages in the province,and provides reasonable suggestions for the government to carry out the improvement of rural human settlements,promote the construction of rural ecological livable,and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
