摘要
建立离子色谱法同时测定白酒中甜蜜素(环己基氨基磺酸钠)、糖精钠含量的快速、简便分析方法。白酒样品经氮吹至近干,以20 mmol/L氢氧化钠定容后过0.22μm滤膜直接进行色谱分析。选用IonPac AS 16阴离子交换分析柱,IonPac AG 16阴离子保护柱,梯度洗脱的方式分离,过电导检测器测定含量。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高且结果可靠,获得良好的加标回收率,可用于同时测定各类白酒中的甜蜜素及糖精钠含量。
In this study we established a rapid and simple method for simultaneous determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium in Baijiu by ion chromatography. The samples were dried by nitrogen, dissolved with 20 mmol/L sodium hydroxide, filtrated with 0.22 μm filter membrane, and then analyzed by chromatography. IonPac AS 16 anion-exchange analytical column and IonPac AG 16 guard column were used, gradient elution was adopted, and the content was detected with a conductivity detector. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable, with a high recovery rate. The method can be used in the determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium in all kinds of Baijiu.
