摘要
随着国家实力的增强,海外利益的分布和内涵不断演变,以软实力为核心内容的海外文化利益日渐凸显。作为保护国家整体海外利益的重要手段,海外文化利益在提升国家形象、塑造安全环境、维护国家利益等方面发挥重要作用。当前,中国海外文化利益在顶层设计、核心理念、传播平台等方面存在短板。未来,中国应明确海外文化利益的核心理念,制定完备的维护战略,科学设计传播内容,发展多元化的传播主体,通过向全球提供更多文化类公共产品,塑造中国的良好国家形象。
With the augmentation of the China’s comprehensive power,the distribution and connotation of overseas interests are constantly evolving,and overseas cultural interests whose core content is soft power are increasingly prominent.At the same time,overseas cultural interests are also important means of protecting the overall national overseas interests,playing an important role in improving the country's image,shaping a safe environment,and safeguarding national interests.At present,the weak point of China’s overseas cultural interests are obvious,such as shortcomings in the top-level design,core concepts,communication platform and so on.In the future,China should clarify the core concept of overseas cultural interests,develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy,scientifically design the content,and expand diversified communication subjects provide more cultural public goods to the world,and shape China's good national image.
