蠕虫感染及其产物对过敏性疾病作用机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 过敏性疾病是一种因Th亚群极化异常导致的免疫失衡性疾病,Th2型免疫应答与Th1型免疫应答保持平衡是机体未发生免疫性疾病的重要保障。已有报道证明慢性蠕虫感染能诱导宿主产生Th2型免疫反应干预的免疫失衡性疾病,因此促进Th1/Th2型免疫反应平衡的恢复,才能抑制过敏性疾病的过度免疫。本文从蠕虫感染引发宿主免疫细胞及细胞因子变化、Th1/Th2型免疫反应及慢性蠕虫感染调节或抑制过敏性疾病3个角度进行阐述。其主要作用机制为慢性蠕虫感染后刺激宿主机体对IL-25、IL-33和胸腺基质淋巴生成素(TSLP)等免疫物质的调节,发挥免疫调控作用,调节失衡的Th1/Th2型免疫应答,从而达到治疗过敏性疾病的作用。探讨蠕虫感染调节或抑制宿主过敏性疾病的机制,为该病临床治疗奠定理论基础,同时,为类似疾病的研究提供方法。 Allergic disease is an immune imbalance disease caused by abnormal polarization of Th subsets.The balance between Th2 immune response and Th1 immune response is an important guarantee that no immune disease occurs.It has been reported that chronic helminth infection can induce Th2-type immune response produced by the host to interfere with immune imbalance diseases,promoting the restoration of the balance of Th1/Th2 immune response is necessary to suppress the over-immunization in allergic diseases.This article expounds it from three aspects:the changes of host immune cells and cytokines caused by helminth infection,the immune response of Th1/Th2 type and the regulation or inhibition of allergic diseases by chronic helminth infection.The main mechanism of action is the stimulation of the regulation of immune substance such as IL-25,IL-33 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)after chronic helminth infection,so as to play the role of immune regulation and regulate the imbalance of Th1/Th2 immune response,so as to achieve the effect of treating allergic diseases.To explore the mechanism of helminth infection regulating or inhibiting host allergic diseases,which lays a theoretical foundation for clinical treatment of the disease,and provides a means for the study of similar diseases.
