摘要
远程医疗协作服务平台符合国家新医改政策和医疗卫生未来发展的方向,文章建设“资源共享、互联互通、强化监管”的“互联网+”分级诊疗协作服务体系,将服务平台建设成国内领先的区域性互联网远程医疗信息示范项目,落实分级诊疗制度。通过对医联体远程协作服务平台进行设计分析,以实现互联网分级诊疗目标,医疗资源优化配置,更好地满足全民医疗需求。
Telemedicine collaborative service platform is in line with the new national health care reform policy and the future development direction of health care.This paper constructs“internet plus”hierarchical diagnosis and treatment collaborative service system for“resource sharing,interconnection and strengthening supervision”,constructs service platform into a national leading regional internet remote medical information demonstration project,implements the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Through the design and analysis of medical association remote collaborative service platform,the goal of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment can be achieved,and medical resources can be optimally allocated to better meet the medical needs of the whole people.
