摘要
介绍了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间某医院的远程医疗服务现状,阐述了远程医疗服务的成效,指出了远程医疗服务存在远程教育培训与继续医学教育学分未挂钩、远程医疗服务未建立多学科远程会诊机制、防控等服务项目未纳入医疗保险支付范围、相关管理制度不完善等不足,提出了加强基层医疗机构卫生人力资源建设、完善远程医疗服务管理制度、规范诊疗方案及检测技术标准、加大软硬件设备设施投入等建议,对促进远程医疗服务的发展具有重要意义。
The hospital had its telemedicine service and efficacy during response to COVID-19 introduced.It’s pointed out telemedicine service had the deficiencies of distance learning unassociated with continuing education credits,absence of tele consultation involving in multi subjects,noninvolvement of prevention and control in medical service,incomplete management system and etc.Some countermeasures were put forward accordingly to promote telemedicine service,including constructing the human resources for health in primary medical institutions,improving the management system,standardizing treatment plans and technical standards for testing and increasing investment in equipment and facilities.
