冠状动脉CTA和DSA对心肌桥的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析冠状动脉CT成像(CTA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)在诊断心肌桥患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月我院接收的110例疑似心肌桥的患者作为研究对象,患者均实施CTA、DSA检查。分析两种方法的检测结果。结果 110例疑似患者经DSA检查检出心肌桥23例,CTA检出心肌桥22例,两种方法对心肌桥的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种方法检出的心肌桥段数、肌桥长度、肌桥厚度及狭窄程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTA和DSA对心肌桥的检出率相当,且两种方法检测肌桥长度、厚度及狭窄程度的结果相当,均可为患者病情判断、心肌缺血原因分析提供参考。相较于DSA检查,CTA检查具有无创、操作简便、检查费用低的优点,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To analyze the application value of coronary artery CT angiography(CTA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of patients with myocardial bridge.Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected myocardial bridge emrolled in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.CTA and DSA were performed in all patients.The results of the two methods were analyzed.Results There were 23 cases of myocardial bridge detected by DSA and 22 cases detected by CTA in 110 suspected patients.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of myocardial bridge between the two methods(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of myocardial bridge segments,muscle bridge length,muscle bridge thickness and stenosis between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion CTA and DSA have the same detection rate in myocardial bridge and similar detection results of the length,thickness and stenosis of the muscle bridge,which can provide references for the judgment of patients'condition and the analysis of the cause of myocardial ischemia.Compared with DSA examination,CTA examination has the advantages of noninvasion,simple operation and low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
