摘要
目的:通过制定CT设备质量控制检测指标,分析质量控制检测调查结果,为CT设备临床在用质量控制提供保障。方法:参考文献研究和国内其他省份的CT设备质量控制标准制定了CT设备质量控制检测原始记录表,并结合现场检测收集数据。结果:在此次CT设备质量控制检测发现,不符合检测指标主要集中在噪声和CT值,可通过定期开展空气校正等日常维护保养恢复到正常范围内,消除设备安全隐患,保障临床使用安全。结论:医疗机构应加强CT设备的质量控制和预防性维护工作,定期开展质量控制检测工作,确保设备安全、有效运行。
Objective:To establish a quality control test index for CT equipment and analyze the survey results of quality control testing to provide guarantee for the quality control of CT equipment in clinical use.Methods:Based on the reference literature research and the national and other provinces'CT equipment quality control standards,an original record form for CT equipment quality control testing was developed,and data was collected in combination with on-site testing.Results:In this quality control test of CT equipment,it was found that the non-conforming test indicators were mainly focused on noise and CT value,which can be restored to normal range through regular air calibration and other daily maintenance,eliminating equipment safety hazards and ensuring safety in clinical use.Conclusion:Medical institutions should strengthen the quality control and preventive maintenance of CT equipment,and regularly carry out quality control testing to ensure that the equipment operates safely and effectively.
