摘要
为了解动物园动物笼舍环境微生物活性及其影响因素,采集了5种灵长动物(Primates)、3种爬行动物(Reptilia)笼舍的3种不同类型的环境样本共15个,采用Biolog-ECO板进行微生物分析。结果表明:15个样本的微生物活性存在极显著差异(P<0.01),主要表现为对碳水化合物、氨基酸、胺类等3类碳源的利用上(P<0.01),对羧酸、多聚物、酚酸类等碳源的利用差异不显著(P>0.05);同种动物、笼舍环境相似、日常管理相同,环境微生物活性也比较一致;笼舍内的垫材类型相比动物种类而言,对环境微生物的影响更大,微生物活性自高到低的垫材类型依次为垫材A、垫材B、垫材C。主成分分析及聚类分析结果表明,除白颊长臂猿(Nomascus leucogenys)笼舍样本(S1)与其他样本存在比较明显的分异现象外,其他样本之间似乎没有明显的规律可遁。推测S1样本中微生物活性的分异现象主要由消毒引起。动物笼舍环境微生物的组成比较复杂,可能的影响因素较多,有待进一步研究。
In order to understand the microbial activity of zoo animal cages and its influencing factors,a total of 15 environmental samples of 3 different substrates from 5 primates'and 3 reptiles'cages were analyzed using Biolog-ECO plates.The results showed significant differences in microbial activity between 15 samples(P<0.01),as indicated by the difference in utilization of three kinds of carbon sources(carbohydrates,amino acids and amines)(P<0.01),but without difference in the utilization of carboxylic acids,polymers and phenolic acids(P>0.05).For the same animals living in the same cage and offered by the same daily management,their environmental microbial activity is also relatively consistent.The substrates in a cage have a greater effect on environmental microorganisms than animal species.The substrates are responsible for environmental microbial activity from high to low:Substrate A>Substrate B>Substrate C.From the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis,there seems to be no obvious rule between samples except for distinctions between S1 and other samples.It is speculated that the differentiation of microbial activity in S1 was mainly caused by disinfection.The composition of environmental microorganisms in an animal cage is very complex,and the possible influencing factors are more complicated,which need to be further studied.
