摘要 基于当前本科教育教学综合改革开展的现状,从系统论角度研究,本科教育教学改革具有鲜明的系统性特征。"教""学""管"作为本科教育教学综合改革的基本要素,体现了整体性、关联性、层次性的系统特征。基于系统要素及广西民族大学相关实践,本科教育教学综合改革应做到:教师"教"的改革要抓好师德师风建设和提升教师教学能力,学生"学"的改革要关注外部环境和内在培养,学校"管"的改革要注重人文性与多元化结合。 The reform of undergraduate education and teaching has distinct systematic characteristics based on the current situation of the comprehensive reform of undergraduate education and teaching from the perspective of system theory. The "teaching,learning and management"as the basic elements of the comprehensive reform of undergraduate education and teaching reflect the systematic characteristics of integrity,relevance and hierarchy.Based on the system elements and the related practice of Guangxi University for Nationalities in the comprehensive reform of undergraduate education and teaching,we should achieve such objectives as emphasizing the construction of teachers’ ethics and improving teachers’ teaching ability in the reform of teachers’ teaching,paying attention to the external environment and internal training in the reform of students’ learning,and focusing on the combination of humanity and diversity in the reform of school management.
