摘要
目的研究分析重症监护护理评分系统在ICU护理中的应用。方法选取医院2019年1—12月所收治的124例重症监护室接受治疗患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,每组例数均为62例。对照组患者采用常规重症监护室护理方式,观察组患者在对照组患者护理基础上进行重症监护护理评分系统管理。对比两组患者并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用、生活质量评分以及对护理工作满意度。结果护理后,对照组患者并发症发生率27.4%,显著高于观察组并发症发生率9.7%,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者住院费用(20457.26±945.27)元、住院时间(10.23±2.64)d、生活质量评分(88.55±2.16)分均优于对照组患者各研究指标。数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组患者满意度为87.1%,显著低于观察组满意度96.8%,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在ICU护理中应用重症监护护理评分系统评价的效果显著,不仅能合理分配资源,使患者护理所需条件能及时满足,还能有效的减少患者并发症发生率,提高了临床护理质量,同时对患者住院所需费用也相应的降低了许多,使患者生活质量得到进一步提高,从而使患者对护理工作更加满意与认可,在临床具有重要的应用价值。
Objective Research and analysis of the application of intensive care nursing scoring system in ICU nursing.Methods A total of 124 ICU patients from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 62 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with routine ICU care,and the patients in the observation group were managed with ICU care scoring system on the basis of the patients in the control group.The incidence of complications,length of stay,cost of hospitalization,quality of life score and satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the complication rate of patients in the control group was 27.4%,which was significantly higher than the complication rate of 9.7%in the observation group.The data difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the hospitalization expenses of the patients in the observation group were(20457.26±945.27)yuan,The length of hospital stay(10.23±2.64)days and the score of quality of life(88.55±2.16)were better than those of the control group.The data difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the control group patient satisfaction rate was 87.1%,which was significantly lower than the observation group's satisfaction rate of 96.8%,and the data difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of ICU nursing score system in ICU nursing has a significant effect.It can not only allocate resources reasonably,make patients'nursing conditions meet in time,but also effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients,improve the quality of clinical nursing,at the same time,reduce the cost of patients'hospitalization,and further improve the quality of life of patients,so as to make patients They are more satisfied and recognized with nursing work,which has important clinical application value.
