摘要
职业教育作为有效补齐人力资源发展短板和高等教育不足的双向补充,成为活跃在社会主义市场经济体系中的一个重要生力军。步入新时代,全新的学校与企业、学校与政府合作办学模式为高等职业教育助力区域经济发展奠定了扎实的基础。高职教育与区域经济协调发展:政府要资源加大基础性投入,遏制人才外流现象;要改变合作方式,拓展“校企合作”新思路、新方向;调整社会资源投入模式,提升高等职业院校水平。
As a two-way supplement to effectively bridge the shortcoming of human resources development and the shortage of higher education,vocational education has become an important new force in the socialist market economy system.Stepping into the new era,the new school-enterprise and school-government cooperation mode has laid a solid foundation for higher vocational education to help regional economic development.The coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional economy:the government should increase the basic investment of resources to curb the brain drain phenomenon;change the way of cooperation and expand the new thinking and direction of"school-enterprise cooperation",adjust the mode of social resource input and raise the level of higher vocational colleges.
