摘要
目的比较CBL(case-based learning)教学模式和LBL(lecture-based learning)教学模式在神经系统体格检查教学效果,寻求更适宜高效的教学模式。方法随机抽取2018年6月—2019年6月在重庆市北碚区中医院进行住院医师规范化培训的学员100名,将纳入学员随机分为CBL组(实施CBL教学模式),LBL组(实施LBL教学模式),两组各50例,比较两组学生组内、组间授课前后理论和实操成绩及定位诊断分析成绩,并完成教学反馈问卷调查。结果CBL组和LBL组教学前后理论成绩及实操成绩均有所提升(P<0.05);CBL教学组理论考试和实操成绩提升优于LBL组(P<0.05);定位诊断分析正确率CBL组优于LBL组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,80%以上的学生认为该教学模式可以更好地抓住主题、提高自主学习能力、沟通合作能力、解决问题能力、基础与临床结合、建立临床思维能力;大于50%以上的学员认为该模式增加了课业负担,并且不利于有效利用时间。结论CBL教学模式应用于神经系统体格检查教学可以发挥其优势,有助于提高教学质量。
Objective To compare teaching effects between case—based learning(CBL)and lectrue—based learning(LBL)in physical examination in the nervous system,we in order to find more effective teaching model Methods We have extracted 100 Standardized training students who were trained in chongqing beibei traditional chinese hospital during June 2018 to June 2019.All of them were randomly divided into two groups,50 in CBL group were taught with CBL method,while the other 50 in the control group were taught with LBL method.The scores about their theoretical results,practice results and Locating diagnosis were compared between two groups,even before and after teaching.Results There was significant difference between before and after teaching in both groups(P<0.05).The scores of CBL group has more obviously superior than LBL group both in theoretical results,practice results and Locating diagnosis(P<0.05).Positioning diagnostic analysis correctness rate The CBL group was superior to the LBL group(P<0.05).The questionnaire surveys revealed that more than 80%of the students think that the teaching model can better grasp the theme,improve autonomous learning ability and communication cooperation ability,better to increase the ability to analyze and solve problems and combinate of basic and clinical,as well as establishing clinical thinking ability;In the meantime,more than 50%of the students consider that increased workloads,and lower efficiency of time.Conclusion CBL method has an obvious advantage to improve the teaching quality in physical examination in the nervous system。
