摘要
目的观察便秘膏保留灌肠治疗直肠黏膜脱垂性便秘的临床疗效。方法依照直肠黏膜脱垂性便秘的诊断标准,选取山东第一医科大学第一附属医院肛肠科、山东中医药大学附属医院内分泌科2016年1月至2019年12月就诊的60例直肠黏膜脱垂性便秘患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组予以便秘膏保留灌肠;对照组予以复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服。主要观察指标为排便持续时间、排便费力、不完全性排空感、肛直角、首次排便时间测定的变化。结果 59例完成临床研究,其中治疗组29例,对照组30例。治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组为76.66%;治疗组在改善排便持续时间(t=1.721,P=0.000)、不完全性排空感疗效(t=2.378,P=0.000)、肛直角变化(t=3.138,P=0.001)、首次排便时间(t=-4.183,P=0.01)等方面均优于对照组;治疗组与对照组在改善排便费力(t=0.249,P=0.735)上疗效相当。结论便秘膏保留灌肠治疗直肠黏膜脱垂性便秘疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective We aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of constipation ointment retention enema in the treatment of rectal mucosal constipation.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of rectal mucosal prolapsed constipation,sixty patients with rectal mucosal prolapsed constipation admitted from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected from the Department of Anorectal Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University and Department of Endocrinology,the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM.According to random numbers in statistics,the table method divided them into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given constipation ointment retention enema;the control group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(IV)orally.The main observation indicators were changes in the duration of defecation,laborious defecation,incomplete emptying,anal right angle,and changes in the first defecation time.Results Fifty-nine cases completed the clinical study,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 76.66%in the control group;the treatment group was able to improve the duration of defecation(t=1.721,P=0.000)and the effect of incomplete emptying(t=2.378,P=0.000),changes in the right angle of the anus(t=3.138,P=0.001),and first defecation time(t=-4.183,P=0.01)was better than the control group;the treatment group and the control group were improving bowel effort(t=0.249,P=0.735).The curative effect was equivalent.Conclusion Constipation ointment retention enema has a definite effect in treating rectal mucosal prolapsed constipation and is worthy of further clinical application.
