大类招生培养内涵、现实困境与路径探析 被引量:15

摘要 大类招生培养在国内高校发展迅速,其中蕴含“以人为本”的价值观,与国际高等教育发展趋势相符,有助于培养新型人才,有利于推进高等教育内涵式发展。高校在自主实施大类招生、大类培养改革实践中积累了经验,同时也暴露了诸多问题。根据国内高校大类招生培养的现状,结合西北工业大学大类招生培养的实践,分析大类培养的内涵和目前的现实困境,提出在通识教育改革、管理模式调整、项目牵引的本科生导师制、多元评价体系等方面的解困建议。 College enrollment according to major categories develops rapidly in China,which contains“peo-pleoriented”values,and is in line with the development trend of international higher education.It helps to culti-vate new talents and promote the connotative development of higher education.Colleges and universities have ac-cumulated experience and have exposed some problems in the practice of independent enrollment and training re-form.According to the current situation of college enrollment according to major categories and training in domes-tic colleges and universities,and combined with the practice of Northwestern Polytechnical University,this paper analyzes the connotation,the realistic dilemma and path of college enrollment according to major categories,and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of general education,the adjustment of management model,the pro-jectdriven undergraduate tutorial system,and multiple evaluation system.
