摘要
目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊治疗消化道出血禁食诱发酒精依赖综合征(ADS)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年7月至2020年12月收治的消化道出血禁食诱发ADS患者200例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各100例。两组患者均予常规戒酒和地西泮片治疗,研究组患者加用疏肝解郁胶囊,均持续治疗6周。结果研究组患者的总有效率为97.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、摄食素水平均显著下降,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无重度心理渴求患者,研究组患者的心理渴求程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者副反应量表(TESS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的复饮率为16.00%,显著低于对照组的43.00%(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊治疗消化道出血禁食诱发ADS疗效较好,可改善患者的焦虑等负性情绪,降低心理渴求程度和复饮率,激发心理渴求的摄食素水平,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsules in the treatment of alcohol dependence syndrome(ADS)induced by fasting in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 200 gastrointestinal bleeding patients with ADS induced by fasting admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,100 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine abstinence and Diazepam Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules.Both groups were continuously treated for six weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)score and orexin level in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatmant,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no severe psychological craving in the two groups,and the degree of psychological craving in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rehydration rate of the study group was16.00%,which was significantly lower than 43.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules are effective and safe in the treatment of ADS induced by fasting in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,which can improve the patients’anxiety and other negative emotions,reduce the degree of psychological craving and rehydration rate,and stimulate the level of orexin induced by psychological craving.
